din blog for a few days cos the comp zonked out on me.. dunno what happened..hmph..dunno what low on virtual memory thingy. damn irritating. it just hangs when im doing smth important like lit project and boom. there goes all the unsaved stuff. whatever. went for the lit seminar at singapore power on 10 jun..must say the unseen one was much better than all the rest. maybe it was the speaker some associate prof. not bad but the 12th night one??? errr lets just say he looked like he was in his own world talking to his own crowd of ppl. definitely not interesting lest facinating. then went out to eat. ate at jack's place. so many people la NINE to be exact. then had to wait qt some time b4 got table.. then dinghong was super embarrassing can..cos we said we din mind sitting at separate tables if it meant quicker service cos we were all starving then dh was like 'you can break us up' like something a couple would say..oh man. and we were in school uniform which meant 'english in dhs suck' i mean what the hell..so embarrassing, and there were people watching. ok then we got the table, all 9 of us. i ordered the student meal thingy.some chicken fillet. not bad la. din expect it to be so good in fact. then dh kept going on and on abt the madasgacar movie and the penguin going 'i din see anything' for the thousandth and one time la..to everybody including the waitress who really was very sporting about it. but the meal was kinda awkward. cos ka din order. i guess cos of his pride ba but still it was kinda weird that 8 ppl eating and 1 person just sitting there pulling a long face cos he cant eat. then sihan even offered him her coke but he was like 'dont want'..i mean, if u dont wanna eat then dont tagg along la.. or suggest some place else to eat. hello this is orchard road for goodness sake and a $6.50 meal is like okay. but then again who am i to say this, i guess i'll nv be able to understand the feeling. ya so we ate until so so so so full then went home. okay that was about the 10 juneabout the 11th. only one major thing happened, i rebonded my hair...ahh.how cool is that. i mean mum was like not very happy but she said i was old enough to make my own decision and i went ahead with it. after thata she even suggested a salon for me to go. seh hor. so i went and stayed in the salon for like 3 hours. woah. seemed like eternity. dunno how many washes and blowdrying and applications of rebonding gel, i was finally done. waaaahh din know my yucky and frizzy hair now so nice smooth and straight. definitely worth the 3 hours wait and the $120 bucks. okie that's the update and now im off to watch tv
