heya ppl..im back im BACK.. im BaCK..yippee..finally cured and up and kicking from tt stupid bout of dengue fever..really sucked though..at first tot it was just normal cough and cold crap then got fever..tt cannot come down..39.4 degrees..boo..felt like crap then..head spinning feel like puking and stuff..u get the thing ya anyway, been like dat for abt since 31st march..saw doctor twice still cannot cure..did blood test which the stupid doctor dunno how to poke..poke here poke there with the needle still cannot find the vein, so painful man..after poking both hands then found the vein. did blood test the next day admitted to hospital cos the platelet count was way too low..about 85,000 platelets when supposed to be 140,000..tsktsk..bad was admitted to CGH on tues night..was put on a drip cos the docs say if not my blood will be too thick blablabla..so one frigging needle in my skin..so so pain kay..then cldnt slp the first night every few hours ppl prick my finger to tk blood for tests and stuff..tk blood pressure, take temperature bla..so cant slp ya 1am went for xray..1 am leh..anyway.go lo...since also cant slp/finally slept at 4am and woke up at 7am food was ok the first day the 2nd and 3rd day was total yuck..bleah..imagine, oatmeal porridge for breakfast..ewwww tt;s the equivalent of oats..yuck..the days at the hospital were seriously utterly frigging boring..there's absolutely nothing for you to do..cannot move cos of the drip. cannot read cos giddy..sit there and stone..just great.doctors coming ask u the same questions.any pain? giddy? got appetite? bleah again.then i tot can go home on the second day. cos was feeling much better then took the bloodtest again the platelets drop somemore to 66,000 boo..so have to stay.so sad lol..hai..was shifted to the isolation room cos they need the space in the open ward..oh well ok lo..my own toilet, own room, y not.so i went..but i got boring too and hot..argh.got out of there at night.went to bed 15..at the back of the ward..oh well..move here move there.cldnt slp much also there.. so many distractions and it was hot..urgh..also got crazy ppl screaming in the night and stuff.ya..weird, but i guess tt's the hospital for you..psychotic..jas jingru and jaslyn came visit me..qt fun..brought me my ton of homework.not fun.talk abt skl and stuff..missed so many tests .god. dunno how to make it all up hrms..anyway. got 2 fruitbaskets..very nice..haha so many fruits, enuf to last a lifetime..haha..
wad an experience with the hospital but no thank you if u want me to go again,,had enough for qt a while ya..ok..time to catch up on my sklwork..tata
